  Les I.A sont tenus d\u2019effectuer les transferts par virement ou par ch\u00e8ques aux noms des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires non-r\u00e9sidents. La d\u00e9livrance des devises en esp\u00e8ces n\u2019est possible que dans les cas suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  • Personnes physiques NR (arbitres \u00e9trangers par exemple)<\/li>\n
  • Equipes sportives tunisiennes lors de leur participation \u00e0 des comp\u00e9titions internationales \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/li>\n
  • Repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019\u00e9tablissement publics charg\u00e9s d\u2019organiser la participation des entreprises tunisiennes dans des foires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (CEPEX, API, APIA,etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    La d\u00e9livrance de devises en esp\u00e8ces ou par ch\u00e8ques est accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une \u201cautorisation de sortie de devises\u00a0\u201c.<\/p>\n
