Characteristics

To receive money from your close contacts, you need to:

  • Visit one of STB branches, bringing your identity document,
  • Provide the bank teller with your reference number,
  • Your money will be handed over in Tunisian dinar.

Moneygram service is destined to:

  • Any natural person whether or not has an account with STB.

Required documents

  • In order to receive money through Moneygram service, you need to visit one of our branches bringing:
    • An identity document,
    • The reference number that was given to you by the sender
